So far, so good...however, I'm a little concerned regarding your "return process"...it looks a little "involved". I hope I don't have to return my purchase...hmmmm?
I really wanted/liked the item
Your TVc- com indicates blindstogo... whereas your website sez blinds ONLY. When one is using google... its a problem.
Plus I had an issue creating an account
* Blinds.com attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
I purchased six (6) printed napkins and I have been trying to return them. They do not answer emails... and they do not answer their phone. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I will not ALLOW this sorry excuse for a company to rip me off. I will pursue...
In the meantime, I will sully their reputation. Although... they appear to be doing a really good job themselves based on the reviews I have been reading on sitejabber.
