We used Travelgenio to book a British Airways flight from Seattle to Malaga; with a stop-over in Heathrow. When BA cancelled our Heathrow to Malaga flight; Travelgenio decided to re-book us on a flight that left Heathrow 5 hours PRIOR to our arrival there. And, since there is no phone number for Travelgenio; and no way to contact them directly; we had to go through BA and work through a series of difficulties to get our reservations revised.
