Received futon ordered. Paid for expedited shipping. Received item in box that has been taped up repeatedly. There is a hole in box and when futon pulled out, there is a hole in the fabric. Contacted customer service, sent pictures as requested and was told they deemed hole would not affect structural integrity. That's it. Offered 20% back on credit card. This futon is a gift. So I am supposed to just tell the recipient "don't worry about the hole - it won't affect the structural integrity"? No offer to exchange and replace. Stay away - buy your college needed items elsewhere.
