We bought 2 nickel free belts within a year and both belts fell apart without warning. Both belts were warranty replacement guarantee belts if they fell apart for normal wear. The first time it happened we just went ahead and bought another one. The second time it happened we notified the company and the owner mike said he would send us the bolts to fix it instead of replacing it like the guarantee stated. First off I'm not in the belt making industry and secondly I bought it bc of the warranty. We bought the belt May 2nd and by September 20th it had fallen apart. I explained to him that he needed to honor his guarantee and send a new belt. He then said I could pay to ship it back to him and he would fix it. Really bad business. Then he decided to get nasty via email with my wife when she messaged about the item. I will never buy another item from this company. They are false advertising and taking advantage of people in the process and they have a total disrespect for customer service. Please stay away from this company if you care about your money and customer service. They are running a scam on buyers.
