The buckle on the belt I had purchased bent after regular use. I notified the company and sent them photos. The No Nickel brand name was stamped on the back of the buckle. Michael Dow replied to me "you can gently bend the pin back in place. Our buckles are made without nickel so customers like you can live a rash free life. Nickel is used because it is STRONG and cheap. Buckles made without nickel are softer and prone to what. Just gently bend it back." This was unacceptable and Michael refused to provide me a refund because there are "no refunds for used belts." I would not recommend this company or their buckles.

I notified Soundcloud that my son, a minor, created an account and I requested the account be removed and any information deleted. A member of the Soundcloud Trust and Safety Team notified me that I would have to provide a photograph of my license to prove that I was the father. What a joke. Their policy terms state a subscriber must be either 18 years of age or more or 16 years of age and reside in the European Union. I guess they don't check for the age before subscribing, rather require proof from a parent to verify legitimacy of a parent. What a crap company. Trust and Safety Team, what a joke.
