I was very unhappy that Alibaba would not let me revise a review I had mistakenly made.
There was no help from Alibaba and no way to contact them directly with my complaint.
If they can't fix a simple technical issue and have an email address you can contact for help I am not sure I will continue to do business on this platform.
Tip for consumers:
Be wary of Alibaba service. Very hard to contact if there is an issue.
