I've bought 3 pairs in the last year or two. I had an issue where my eye doctor messed up my script, no fault of EyeBuyDirect. They emailed back and fourth with me promptly to help me figure out the issue. I bought a new pair with the right script. The glasses I bought were inexpensive. I did not ask for a refund because it was not their fault. I had an email that said they refunded that pair. I couldn't believe it. They earned me as a customer and maybe a few more that read this.
My doctor messed up my script. EyeBuyDirect even t refunded my original purchase and it wasn't their fault! Very responsive emailing as well.
The "try online" feature and Google.
You also carried a brand I was looking for.
First... price. It's my first pair so I wanted to make sure I'd use them. Then I bought 2 more because they were excellent for the price. I'm really glad that they make glasses this inexpensive for people that can't afford them.
I thought I would receive a single restore disk. I received everything! 4 disks. 5 stars of they send tracking automatically when item ships or can supply it when you ask. They did respond to an email query within a half day but no tracking. Order took about a week to arrive in Indiana.
