While online looking to place an order for women's jewelry, I was not given the option for shipping. On each item it only gave the option to pick up in store. NOW with COVID numbers up across the country, I would think there would be the option for delivery. When I called customer service the rep was so uninterested, did not try to find another method for me to receive the items I wanted and then hung up on me while I was asking for any other option.
I have had several issues with Target online and this was NO different! I also asked the rep if I cannot pick it up in the store and the items are "NOT eligible" for shipping, HOW am I supposed to purchase & receive the items?!
NEVER use Target.com OR Targetredcard for ANY assistance or help with your online purchases! Your frustration, like mine does not matter to them, nor do they care if they have your business!
