We rent a car from Europecar at Crete a week ago.
2 IMPORTANT issues to be aware of:
1. We had a full insurance from rentalcars.com. However, when we arrived to pick-up the car, the local agent try to sell us another insurance for 130 Euro! He tried to convince us about 15 min. And try to scare us saying that we have a chance of 70% to damage the car by other drivers. This seems to be unreliable. Off-course we didn't buy the insurance. For reference, a few months before we rent a car from Budget at Geneva and the local agent was very reliable and decent saying that the full insurance that we bought from rentalcars.com is sufficient.
2. When you take the car check it very carefully. Look for any damage and scratches on the BODY, on the ROOF and UNDER the car. DO IT WITH INTENTION AND USE ANY PERSON WITH YOU AS A SECOND EYE. Be sure that before using the car the agent will write down any damage that you see. When we came back the agent try to blame us for a damage under the car that we didn't do. Finally, after a short conversation they agree that we didn't do it. For this I give them 3 stars.

We rent a BMW3 from budget at Geneva.
The agent was very kind, he guided us to check any damage before using the car.
He explained everything with patient and smile.
We bought a full insurance from rentalcars.com, and the agent told us that it is good enough.
There were no surprises and the deal was done as it was describe on the rental contract.
The car was very good and clean to use.
We highly recommend this company.

NEVER AGAIN!
We booked for a car on Aug-14 to Spain. We received CENTAURO rental car. On our voucher it was written that shuttle bus come every 10 minutes from specific area in the airport to pick you up to CENTAURO office. We were at that area, but no one came, until we gave CENTAURO a call 30 minutes later. Also CENTAURO charge us an extra amount (30 euro) for shuttle bus, while in the voucher it was written free of charge. Also CENTAURO charge us an extra amount for a full fuel tank in advance (110 euro) before taking the car - none of that was mentioned on the voucher. Furthermore, we received a car of a low level group compare to what we ordered. When we complaint about all of that at economy car rentals, they didn't take responsibility, didn't help and just gave us excuses. DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM. It maybe cheap on order but expensive on the car rental desk.
