This website demanded I give them my credit card information in order to just look at the food options but promised they wouldnt charge me unless I ordered. So I looked at the food and it all looked super mediocre and then I saw that they had decided to go ahead and charge my card anyway. I cancelled the order Three Times through the website but nothing changed. Finally I got ahold of Customer Support and after arguing with an unhelpful woman for 20 minutes, she agreed to cancel the order and deactivate my account. A week goes by and I see a 30$ charge (that was already cancelled 4 times now, and was supposed to be free but that was a blatant lie) on my card. I call customer support Again and had to spend 45 minutes being spoken down to, disrespected, and ignored about my problem. Finally after arguing and pleading for this woman to refund the money this $#*!ty company had stolen from me, she got her supervisor to step in. They finally refunded by order and (hopefully) deactivated my account, all be it begrudgingly. This is by far the worse experience I've had with any kind of food service and an even worse experience with their customer service. Horrible, awful company. They will try to promise you "17 free meals!" and then charge you a minimum of 30$ for it. Doesn't seem very free to me. I will be telling everyone who will listen to never use or support this disgusting company.
