Hope you never need anything because customer service is the same bot messages telling you to wait 3-5 days. Over and over. And over. I called, and it's the same. Has been weeks. Wouldn't it just be easier to review the document than to keep going in this circle? No care from robinhood. It's insanity.

Tip for consumers:
If you can find any alternative, take that. Between people saying they can’t get their money out and my experience with zero customer service, it’s sketchy.

NOT worth the headache and people inquiring about chess clubs and churches in class A space. Every step is so difficult. And wrong. Beware auto-renewal, which is not in your contract, but they can do without a signature. We are struggling with this right now after we had so much trouble years ago - when they removed our listings while we continued to pay. Customer service was just telling you to find other people.
