I made a reservation via the website and after contacting the hotel there is no room. I
Have been charged the amount of the reservation by Zenhotel and cannot
Cancel it because it is a non-refundable/non-refundable reservation. After
10 emails sent asking them to find a solution and book another hotel
Under the same conditions, I am still without any response from them! These practices are scandalous! They must be denounced to the DGCCRF reservation *******019
