ADOREME.com is THE worst online experience I EVER had. They dont have the products I ordered through the introductory offer. TAKE MY money $29.99, cancel the product order without advising me. They dont refund MY money from what they DIDNT have in stock b/c they cant properly manage THEIR website. I went to try and order another product, and don't have anything in stock. I tried to cancel the VIP Subscription. And NOW, make me forfeit $10 b/c you cant get your business together!
WORSE, they make me fill out three requests and then was directed to a 4 page questionnaire to get out of subscription.
HORRIBLE experience.

That being said, the standard procedure in case a product runs out of stock before the information is sent out to the warehouse is as follows: we send a voucher code that covers the price of any set on the website, as well as $10 store credit as an apology for this unexpected situation. In case the customer prefers a refund, we are more than happy to refund them in full. Indeed, if the customers choose to unsubscribe, they forfeit their store credit, however the $10 you mentioned was not charged on your credit card, it was a courtesy on our part.
That being said we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.
