Yes. I subscribe through Roku, and my account is auto paid. I am unable to log in. Roku customer service is atrocious and I am hoping that I can go around them. Please advise. I am on the verge of canceling.

If you get on at all, the videos stream through in seconds. Totally impossible to watch....
CAUTION: very sketchy company. I signed up in November in response to an ad that said 1 week free...
