October 2018 I was finally able to get a refund for my POGO account after continued technical difficulties. The first individual I sought help with was extremely rude even telling me at one point to "have my lawyer contact their lawyer."

Lo and behold, even though I never signed in to any website of theirs since I cancelled, I recently received a bill for another year. The only telephone number I could find on line is disconnected. When I tried to chat I was connected to a technician who transferred me to an "expert" technical person where I was expected to enter my credit card number to receive an answer.

Don't trust these people.

The wig received did not look like what I ordered. I followed all the company request. I initially sent pictures of the wig, the box and any information sent to me. I returned the wig at my expense within "the guaranteed 30 days". I could not provide a tracking number as WigSis must know this as I'm sure I'm not the only one to return a product. I did sent a copy of the shipping receipt and WigSis even sent me an email stating they had received the wig. I agreed to accept a 10% restocking fee even though there was no reason they could not sent the wig as it was to someone else. Don't trust these people unless you are willing to throw your money away if you're unhappy with the product you received. Try checking BBB, you'll see plenty of complaints. I'm wondering if my review will even appear.
