Don't touch this site with a bargepole. They are based in China, and the goods ship from Hong Kong. When my laptop charger arrived it didn't work, and my emails were ignored. It was only after opening a dispute with paypal that I got any answers which, after sending them photos of it not working, was to send the goods back. It took a while to get the address, which was in Hong Kong. At this point I stopped because I thought that I'd end up sending it back to Hong Kong and would probably hear nothing - sending tracked to HK would be expensive so I put it down to being a lesson learned. The Paypal disputes process isn't great either: you have to say why you are opening a dispute and 'it doesn't work' isn't an option so you have to say that it is damaged so it won't work.
The top battery website doesn't give an address: now there's a clue. I was always told that you shouldn't use a website where you can't tell where the company is based and that's very much the case. I ignored my own common sense and I hope that my tale might prevent someone else from doing the same.
