Seller saw an issue with my address and instead of messaging me for clarification she just canceled the order. Poor customer service.
Annoying that your bag is only held for five minutes. I've been shopping and adding things for the last hour. Five minutes is a pitiful amount of time to hold a cart.
I loved this site. Bought many dresses and tops and everything was always exactly as advertised. Referred MANY, MANY friends to this site and now I'm wishing I hadn't. The shipping used to be fantastic, now it's abhorrent and absurd. When your cart is $137 and the shipping is an additional $105, you know your policies are a scam. Will never shop on this site again.
Have used The Cooler guy a few times now for our commercial properties. He has been quick with setting appointments, lightning-speed with turnaround times on estimates, and very competitive pricing. Have been VERY pleased with them, and Mike Randall, specifically. Will definitely continue using them!

A few days after I ordered a couple of books I received an email that they under charged my shipping and needed me to approve an increase in the shipping charge. I approved it. A few days later I get an email stating my order is being delayed and they have no estimate for when it will ship, so they ask if I want to keep the order of cancel it. I respond within two hours to cancel it, and I subsequently ordered the books through Amazon. The next day I get an email stating they already shipped and it's too late to cancel/refund. I advise I've already placed another order and I want the refund. No response. Then FOUR HOURS LATER I get an email stating the shipping label had JUST been generated and tracking info showed it hadn't shipped yet and delivery ETA is 3wks. These people are scammer scum and couldn't be trusted to deliver for GrubHub.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from them. No integrity, don't follow through with what they say (offered order cancellation & refund for delay and when I agree they tried generated a label and claimed it already shipped so they couldn't cancel. Taking info said it hasn't shipped yet and delivery times delayed to nearly a month. Just awful.
