I had booked a return flight on zuji and tried to change my return ticket from Santiago to Singapore - which is 6months away. I called 3 times, got put on hold a total of nearly 2hrs and was given so much bull$#*! about how the flight was either not available - although i see it listed on zuji website in real time, then about how it was not the same flight as the one im booked on and they have to do a 1:1 swap although its exactly the same flight numbers, then its not the same class so in order to change my ticket i have to upgrade myself to business class and pay a difference of $7,000 - which i can buy a brand new ticket by then.
Do not ever book with them. Extremely bad service.
