Besides disregarding the customer completely (both buyers and sellers) you can only sell of you use a phone as the PC website fails to recognize sellers nor has any way to post. If you sell to someone to mail, they charge you 10% and also make their own method of shipping. Neither the customer nor the buyer have any choice of how to ship and they undercharge the amount so the buyer is often stuck with the loss, and again, NO ONE to complain to.
