In November of 2019 I purchased over $3000. 00 worth of tires and rims. They came with "programable" valve stems. I have had issues with the valve stems since i put the tires on in January of 2020. They wont auto learn and no one has been able to program them. I called CARiD and their customer service was horrible. I called 5 times and spoke to a different person every time. EVERY ONE OF THEM was absolutely rude, insulting, called me a liar, and completely talked over me. They ALL did this. I believe that they are trained to act like this to frustrate you and avoid the situation. They were all so rude that I will never use this company again. They try to avoid their issues and faulty equipment and put the blame on you. They actually wanted me to get a note from my mommy(mechanic) like I was 6 to prove I wasn't lying. My mechanic just laughed at me. So what will I do? I guess live with the faulty valve stems that they won't replace, change them out when I get new tires in two years and NEVER AGAIN USE CARiD. Take my advice and buy on another site. If you have issues at least you won't be treated like you are a lessor person and insulted continually by a host of "customer service" reps. I'm done with this company and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau along With the Attorney Generals Office.
