“Over a month and my order never arrived”

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

It's been over a month since my purchase and I've yet to receive my order. Customer service told me to call back in a couple of days if the package had not arrived. Called again since the package did not arrive and they gave me the same canned response to wait longer (another week).

When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they could not transfer my call.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service has had ample opportunity to resolve the issue, but has failed to do so.

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received the order and for the difficulties that you have encountered. This is not the kind of service that we aim for, neither the impression that we want you to have towards Adore Me.

We always wish to ensure a great customer experience and minimize any discomfort as much as possible. Even so, just like any other company, we do this by following certain internal policies that have been put in place to efficiently help our customers.

Moreover, even though we do our best to ensure that we meet the delivery timeframe, there are isolated occurrences when despite our best efforts, orders can be delayed or lost due to external factors beyond our control.

I took a look at your account to better understand the issue and I could notice that you were already assisted regarding the order. We always guarantee assistance whatever may happen to your package.

Rest assured that we are following the feedback received from our customers and this matter will not go unnoticed, as here we always work on raising to a higher standard all aspects of our services.
