I can't believe that Square support is so terrible. My integration with Doordash has been down for 3 weeks now and I can't get a Square engineer to take a seriously look at it. They say they only communicate via email, but they only answer 1 email per day and it's always some nonsense to try and blame Doordash. Doordash is ready to talk to them, but they won't communicate with Dorodash at all. So frustrating.

As a service to our customers who place large orders online and due to the excessive amount of credit card theft, Coleman Furniture has high security settings on its site which alerts us if the billing and shipping information does not match up. In such cases, the customer is asked to verify their identity by submitting paperwork linking them to the order. Our verification process is much appreciated by our customers, as many individuals are victims of identity theft.
