Site won't recognize my login, I have to change it every time - it says no such email exists then when I try to create a new account with the same email it says it already exists then forces me to reset my password which I do then I can get in but next time I come back it does the same thing again stating no such account exists.

We had used them several times over the course of a year and all of a sudden they said that we had lied about our lawn size. We had placed the same exact order 10 times in a year and all of a sudden we had lied about our lawn size? If that were true, they should have simply charged us the difference, which we would have paid, but instead they accused us of LYING and REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY! Even though they NEVER MOWED OUR LAWN! I had to dispute it with our bank and am waiting to get the money back. Granted it's only $24 but the principle of the matter is they are keeping money they never earned! THIEVES! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! We are filing CRIMINAL THEFT CHARGES against them in MO this week for THEFT.
