Well I guess I might judged to soon, I did just join, I have to give prizeRebel a chance after all one thing I must say I got paid 2 times no problems at ALL!, all survey sites are going to have problems with surveys, I've learned THAT the long way. Takes time, i'm' still settling in,

Make sure you take screenshots of everything you do

This site is very bad for you spending a lot of your time doing surveys then NOT getting paid for your work, always take screenshots of the survey before you start it and at the finish of it ALWAYS! They cannot be trusted at all, I found out the hard way

I have been using survey sites approx 8 yrs now I have had a lot of run-in with this particular site. The site works on a scoring system where they watch for members to not pass a quality check well the past 2-3 months the open-ended questions I answer in detail they come back and say I did not pass and knock my score way back. Tried to contact them even the support is down "error 404" I'm not sure what that means all I know is I cannot reach them. Another major issue is they are partnered with many survey sites online so all the members doing surveys are going through this frustrating issue once I received an incorrect reply from them stating i did not pass the quality question(which i done it which detail as always) there was an e-mail address to contact them I have sent many e-mails to that address with screenshots and still have not received a reply. Their ethics for doing business is just wrong they should have the decency to shut their site down until it is repaired notify members and notify their partners this affects everyone, something needs to change, fast it is not fair to all the member who answers the questions as required this is very time-consuming and frustrating. Photos attached, beware, be careful to lose your score when you should have gained more score is very upsetting. After my attatchments I also found online some warnings. Hope this helps members!

It's really too bad that the service has to be that bad that customers lose and leave that it's awful as well as the site simple tasks the instructions to do them do not match what they say so they waste people time which by the time a customer is done they are annoyed and frustrated to the point, of "no return". The capture below is an example of how bad it is, "try" to follow that! It just doesn't work from beginning so there is no finish this is only a small part of the dissatifaction!

The worst survey site I have ever experienced in my 8 years of doing surveys. The site itself, not bad. Once you need support, look out. They are very rude, in my opinion, they get joy out of this. They start by calling you a "cheater" among the many words they use. Then they will tell you they will be doing a security check on you Not to bother them for 90 days, of course you will never hear from them again. The Big Red Flag for me was this is the only survey site that actually charges you(out of your balance)to use Paypal, even Paypal does not charge to use Paypal. Once they freeze your account you have no access to your "hard earned money" all I can say on that issue is the reader must decide for themselves where the money went! I had 3 of my friends join, all 3 experienced the same outcome. Like I said the site itself is not bad, it is who ever is running the site. The eployees. I'm not done with them yet. I've only begun. BeWare! They will make you feel like screaming all the way down sesame street! Bad, Bad, Bad
