I recently tried to purchase a pair of UGG boots from this online retailer. After they charged my credit card for them, they said they don't have any in stock. And now they have told me that it will take 20 days for a refund. It doesn't seem right and I'm investigating it further. UGG Australia said they ARE NOT a valid retailer or manufacturer of their merchandise, so I advise you to stay away from them. Meanwhile, I'm awaiting to see if I get the money back for the boots they charged me for that they APPARENTLY didn't have in stock anymore.
