When selling my cryptocurrency and sending my cash to my bank, I was given the option of having it transferred into my bank account or to my debit card. I could have done either one easily. I chose to have the money sent to my bank debit card. There was NO indication that to have my cash sent to my debit card was going to cost me $500, *more than DOUBLE* than sending it to my bank account! This cost me Their customer service is terrible as well. No help at all.

Tip for consumers:
I feel totally ripped off by them.

I ordered a canvas wrap around print in size 30" x 18" (even larger was recommended). I received the canvas print, but noticed the center of the image (on the stomach) looked like it was damaged or flawed. I wrote the company to tell them I wasn't happy. Their response was that it wasn't their fault. There was a flaw in their image. There was NO information in the description that indicated that the original image had a flaw in it so that consumers could make an informed decision.
