I am not surprised that Dhgate would respond with more lies, even on a platform like this, it is how they make a living. I never agreed to anything. Dhgate will not send you a return label, they expect you to spend more money to ship back to their fraudulent sellers who eventually claim they never received the goods. Of course I am not so stupid as to repeat thesame mistake of trusting them a second time. Also, I have long discarded the item for risk of potential health hazards ( Who knows how deep their lies run). The last response I got from Dhgate after a month of opening disputing is the threat of releasing the funds to the seller by 22 of may 2018 Belgin time. Which is quite convenient for Dhgate, because they receive 20% of the sale price. Buyers, I cannot warn you enough. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
