I ordered a hoverboard from them weeks ago. Took my money right away. No communication, no indication of when it will ship, that "3-6 business days for processing" is a lie. I'm guessing that the piece is not in stock (although it said it was) and they'll stall. I think I'm going to call the credit card company. They don't seem to care.
