I tried to book an online hotel room for a small vacation that turned into a frustrating waste of time and ruining my get away. We found a hotel close to the event that everyone would stay in to be together, however when I went to check out with the Hotels.com gift cars I had purchased said that there was an error. When I called customer support they said it's a different branch and said to call them, well they were closed because they close at 11am pacific time? Really? I called back and told them then they said someone would call by end of day, well it never happened. I called right before they closed and went over everything again then I was told to email and I would get a response in 12 hours. Well 5 days later I get a generic response asking me to add everything I already was told to add and was on the email. Now my friend's tell me there is no more rooms at the hotel. Then one morning I called and now customer service is saying that the gift card I purchased does not exist in the system, now I am being transferred from person to department back to customer services who will just hang up because they don't know what to do. I can't tell you how frustrating this experience is and know not only is my trip canceled but I may not get reimbursed for the gift cards unless I try to take them the court or just give up on wasting hundreds of dollars.

Tip for consumers:
If everything works you are lucky but if something goes wrong, good luck getting in touch with someone who will help.

Pretty bad experience here and a warning for others. I placed an order for a drone and the warranty and received a bad drone after waiting 3 weeks. I sent the drone in for the warranty repair and they did not repair and only sent me partial of the cost and not including the cost of the warranty. The lady who was helping (olivia j.) strung me along for almost 7 weeks saying it definitely will be resolved, then she did something really shady, she sent a link for a review and I gave her a positive review then she sent the email back saying sorry we can not do anything, well what scam she knew exactly what she was doing and because of her I am now trying to get the remaining balance reversed as I go on every review site to make sure other people know not to go with this company.

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust

The experience I went through with dealing with the networkstore was worse than a nightmare and turned into the longest and worst customer service experience I have ever went through. I ordered $630.00 iPhone xs max that arrived on a Friday and I was instructed to take the sim out of the old cell and put in the new device and when I did there was an error with the sim and the device would not connect to any wifi. I called Verizon only to be on hold 2 hours to be transferred and disconnected. The next day I started the same process, got through to a activation coach after an hour and a half, they could not hook up so they transferred me to a tech, I waited another 2 hours only to have it disconnected. Third day same process but when on hold I contacted networkstore and asked if there was a block on the line, they checked and said "no". Waited 4 hours total on that day but was never able to connect. On the 4th day the same exact situation happened. On the 5th day the same thing again but this time Verizon was going to have a tech contact me the next day but they never did, I waited 6 hours for the call but it never happened. On the 7th day after 4 more hours on hold I finally was able to reach the techs, they said the reason for the block was because a customer who had the cell phone previously to me owes verizon and they fully blocked the device from ever being activated. I was shocked on how this could happen and immediately called the networkstore and was was even further shocked after explaining what happened there was no "sorry" no "apology" and after weeks waiting and trying to hook this up they said send it back then we will send you another. The company should have shipped one out immediately but everyone can now tell how this company does "business" and I could not expect any help from them. I tried to contact amazon to go through them for any further communication and it saved me from the networkstore lying to Amazon and myself and being caught. When amazon contacted me on Wednesday I told them what happened they contacted networkstore and all 3 of us came to a conclusion that I would put the device in mail ( I did and in 17 minutes) they would have me a new phone on Thursday, great let's get this done. Thursday the phone never came, Friday the phone never came, I again contacted the networkstore and they said because I did not mail my device on a Tuesday that they never shipped my device. Ha ha liar liar and good try trying to cover your a$$. Amazon had the whole conversation recorded and apologized and immediately refunded my money. NETWORKSTORE you have some bad karma coming for the way you treated a customer and how you dealt with bad situation caused by your own company.
