I am still trying to get my$11,000 back. Any legit company would have reimbursed the customer but StubHub fights you with lawyers and the fine print behind the IAgree button. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF THERE IS A MISTAKE IN YOUR ORDER.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use Stubhub. They have not helped me fix this even though I notified them immediately (they send an email saying we charged your card $11,460!!!! Really??????!)

The process was east and fast. Shipping was a little pricey but overall I had a good experience.
