I'd been ordering from amazon (UK) constantly for years until last summer. Since last summer most of my orders are being automatically canceled due to transaction delays. I don't know if it's only exclusively amazon's fault, it might also be my bank's fault. But it's really annoying that both have no idea why my payments are being declined.
I made an order on Nov19th, the item was still available during 25th's Black Friday's special and showed to be in stock during the weekend. Then they contact me that dispatchment will be pushed back for 2 weeks. And a few days later they contact me again to tell me that they are out of stock and they are sorry and canceled my order.
They really have no idea what's going on in terms of stock and organization.
Tip for consumers:
Do not trust the stock counter on the site, it's a matter of first serve first get luck. They don't have any organization in regards on product availability. Thus buying priority items from them is a no-go. Only buy things that you don't care how late you are going to get them or if you will ever get them at all.
