I called getaroom and booked my reservation. SO 4 Days before my reservation I get an email stating that there was an error with the system and that they canceled my reservation and provided me with a rerefund

I called to check on an order and he told me that it would be 2 weeks before they would get this camera in. I asked to cancel the order and he hung up on me. I kept trying to call and the guy told me that I don't have to keep calling (the have caller id that is how they knew). All I wanted was an email stating the my order would be canceled. Do nut deal with these people what a scam
