I ordered a Wet Grinder for 180 Euros from Berlin on 30th July 2020. I received the package via DHL and was asked to pay Customs Duty of 90 Euros. This was shocking as this was not mentioned during the Purchase. When I called the customer Care, they asked me to pay and promised to Refund the Customs Duty. I am still trying to reach them and there is no response. Basically they do not respond and do not have a proper Refund Policy. Only convincing part is the packaging was perfect and the Grinder is in perfect condition. I paid 270 Euros for a Grinder worth 40 Euros in India.
