I stayed here April 30th-May 3rd, 2023 to attend medical appointments at MD Anderson at the medical rate. There was miss communication with the front desk personnel who cancelled my reservation, then I was rebooked at double the rate for my last day. I was told by the front desk manager that I could look elsewhere for hotel reservations (she told me this as I was headed out to my appointment). This is poor customer service in my opinion. I did receive an email from the hotel stating "I hope you choose to stay with us again". I was expecting a phone call to hear my concern.
Everyone wants you to fill out a survey but no one wants to hear what you really have to say.
No happy with my charges!
