“Superb site which really helps people”

I have been a member for over 10 years and have found it a superb place. The moderating is not overly strong but enough to make it a safe place. I have lost track of the number of people whose lives have been saved (really!) by being able to talk with others who know how it feels to be desperate and alone.

I am so grateful myself as I have been diagnosed with bipolar and find I have been supported through episodes by very gentle, kind people. I would recommend it to anyone as a safe haven for people to mix in. Try it out?
