This was a miserable experience from start to finish. I ordered the sewing machine in April. About 4 weeks later I received an email from the CEO stating that in the midst of the pandemic there was an overwhelming demand for sewing machines-Of course, all the stores in my area were closed. I understand their problems during this time but I saw no improvement in the months i've been dealing with them. Calling customer service was an experience in frustration, I was dissatisfied with the sewing machine and returns have to go through the service department and be approved.(Save your box) Buy from a store where you can try the machine, have a class and talk to someone in person!
