I ordered two pairs of battery heated socks. One pair has a hole in the outer double layer. I've taken pictures, sent 5 e-mails with photos and well as sent a message from their website. I can't get a person to respond back to me. Their site makes it seem like you can call... only to get a busy signal, no response from your e-mails that were sent to *******@sysbowbeauty.com as on their site.

I'm actually shocked the order was ever filled. Save yourself the headache and buy from another seller and do you're home work as to where they're based... China!
