“Terrible to get a response from the company.”

I ordered two pairs of battery heated socks. One pair has a hole in the outer double layer. I've taken pictures, sent 5 e-mails with photos and well as sent a message from their website. I can't get a person to respond back to me. Their site makes it seem like you can call... only to get a busy signal, no response from your e-mails that were sent to *******@sysbowbeauty.com as on their site. I'm actually shocked the order was ever filled. Save yourself the headache and buy from another seller and do you're home work as to where they're based... China!

I received a defective vest. It took a long time (about a month) to get a response from the company. As a result I am asking for a refund instead of a replacement. Not at all happy with the transaction.

I ordered a heated coat for my son for Christmas, I ordered 3 sizes bigger than he normally wears. It came it was to small when contacted company they said the only way I could return was to pay for it myself. I am a retired woman and barely could afford the jacket, much less pay to send it back. Please do not order from this company they are not consumer friendly, now I have a 100.00 jacket and no use for it. I am chalking it up to ignorance on my part for not researching this company, I have done business with other international companies and they have always made things right when something went wrong, without a penny being spent out of my pocket.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Heated jacket. Do not have proof of receipt only in my bank account.

Sysbow Beauty is a scam! Did a google search for an all metal hair clipper and Sysbow Beauty was the first result that came up. I ordered it because I was looking for a quality hair clipper and the website promised professional products. Their websites makes a lot of promises and guarantees satisfaction but it is nothing but a scam. Ordered and waited for 30 days for the clippers. Tried tracking the package with the tracking number they provided and nothing showed. Contacted them that I wanted a refund. Their response was an excuse on how order was delayed due to COVID and promised that the package would arrive by the end of the week and even gave me a USPS tracking number. Package did not arrive as promised and tracking number showed that new tracking number was generated but had not been mailed. Contacted them again for a refund and they offered a partial refund because they had paid extra for expedited shipping. Put in a dispute with my bank. Two days afterward they mailed the package. What they sent was a used hair clipper that had obviously been returned to them from another customer. I contacted them again requesting a prepaid return shipping label as I was not going to pay to return a product I tried to cancel twice and that was used. Had they mailed me a new item I would have dropped the dispute with my bank. The company's response to my last contact informing them that a used product was unacceptable and wanting a return shipping label was to ignore anything I said and just sent me their tracking label information where it said package was delivered. PayPal has refused to intervene. I'm waiting to hear from my bank. I put a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Do not trust any of the promises made on the website. They will not abide by any of the promises they make. NO SUCH THING AS 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! Do not order from SYSBOW BEAUTY! You will regret it. I really wish Google would screen the businesses they promote. You can see from the pictures how the plug is all scratched, the box had hair, and the clipper was full of dirty finger prints. SO DISGUSTING!
