I purchased the tix on Wednesday or Thursday evening for a Friday-evening game. Hours and hours passed before the tic "owner" "released" the tix. Mind you, this is a very boiled-down summation. I must have gone back and forth with TP reps 15 or 20 times (inexcusable). Finally, the seller, who didn't offer anything even approaching an apology, sent me a link for the tix -- which didn't work! When I mentioned to the TP rep that the seller sent me a direct link to Ticketmaster, she seemed blown away. BTW, I contacted your CEO, Brett Goldberg, about this situation, and he seemingly got involved.
