Ordering mistakes cannot be taking care of through the website.
Customer support is poor and takes forever to resolve issues.
Customer return took 3 weeks, with lots of misunderstood emails and I did not feel supported as a dropshipper trying to run a business and please my customers.

I was incensed at the price gouging! Taxes added up to 20% on top of the "hidden" service fee. I had to work hard and wait on hold, but I finally convinced a supervisor to cancel the reservation AND refund the non-refundable service fee.
At first she refused, but then I read the headlines to her from their reviews on this site. And also threatened a chargeback.
After this, she offered me a one-time waive of the $14.99 fee and full cancellation.
