The pajamas were not comfortable as described, but worse than this, I was sent the incorrect bottoms. When I contacted customer service, I initially received no response. However, I continued to write their customer service, until they eventually responded to me, stating that it was too late. TommyJohn's customer service is absolutely awful, and this for their product which the value is worth zero stars. Thankfully, I have found many much better places to purchase clothing. TommyJohns is not a place for good people to shop.

Item was a gift, but arrived with no packaging. I contacted customer service, but there was no response. If you do not have customer service, or do not feel it is important to respond to customers, then you should close down and go away. Taking money and then not responding is the worst.
