“Rear ripped out!”

I really like the underwear and have worn them 10 times which also means I've washed them 10 times. Upon pulling them out of the dryer after their last washing, I notice the entire seat is ripped out! I'm never hard on my clothes, so I assume I have a faulty product. These were purchased at Dillards. I tried to call Tommy John directly and was told to return these to Dillards. I don't keep receipts after wearing things, so I have no recourse. Last pair of expensive Tommy John underwear I'll ever buy!
