Ordered from JBL a charge 5 from JBL website Received a open box item from Amazon. Seals open and item not new. Called JBL. Sent it back via their ups code. Took a week for them to get it Two weeks later and many phone calls with inept customer service...still waiting for the item. I own L100's and other JBL products. No more for me. Done. Idiots!

The agent namex Ykang told me that they will send and email but did not, he even discpnnect me...
