Ordered from JBL a charge 5 from JBL website Received a open box item from Amazon. Seals open and item not new. Called JBL. Sent it back via their ups code. Took a week for them to get it Two weeks later and many phone calls with inept customer service...still waiting for the item. I own L100's and other JBL products. No more for me. Done. Idiots!
