The agent namex Ykang told me that they will send and email but did not, he even discpnnect me frkm chat without a warning. Very incompitent, I was just asking help to complete my order as I keep getting error but he didn't even help me resolve and pass e to someone, i asked Ykang to email me he said okay but an email never came. I am a JBL fan user but your service was really bad and it sadden me. You should consider hiring a capable people to assist your customers without bad attitude, I also recall Ykang just used all capslock word which makes me feel i am stupid. This so appaling.
