Been waiting on refund since 12/13/2022. It's RiDICULOUS. Direct Billing is the WORST. Will not email or call you back. Already sent copies o
Tip for consumers:
Direct Billing Dept. is AWFUL No one knows what they’re doing. They just tell you anything that that think you want to hear. They tell me that my refund will be 7-10 days. Those days were over weeks ago. This is RIDICULOUS.
