Disappointed at the deception... I thought I was getting a really great deal on a SEBO vacuum but the model I discussed with the associate wasn't the model I received which turned out to be a discontinued unit. I would return the vacuum but their return policy isn't especially customer friendly.

Shady, unscrupulous business practices. I ordered the wrong item by mistake and cancelled my order within hours. My order had not shipped yet. My cancellation seemed to be hung up so I emailed AllBrands days later and was told it was shipped already and to just refuse shipment and you'll get your refund. It was shipped days after I cancelled (they do NOT accept cancellations). Did I get my refund eventually? Yeah, after they scammed me out of shipping charges both ways even though it hadn't left their warehouse as well as a hefty restocking fee. Reputable business do not engage in these shifty, clandestine practices. And AllBrands is certainly not a reputable business.
