I redeemed a promo code for $25 credit on restaurant.com. After I used the credit to purchase a gift certificate it said it added it to my account, but it didn't. Now I have no credit or certificate.

Ordered some filament from them. The product page said that it would ship the next business day. After three weeks of contacting them and listening to their excuses they finally ship the filament. It arrived today and isn't even what I ordered.

Update: It's just shy of two months since my order was initially placed and I still do not have the correct product.
