First let me tell you a couple of things about myself. I am a 70 yr. old woman with BREAST CANCER. I live on a fixed income like most seniors. So money is tight. On May 20,2016 I went online to Amazon and purchased a car cover. (My car sets in a car port) and it gets so terribly dirty. I a unable to wash it due to failing health. The cost was $59.95 plus S & H of $18.95. I realize this is not a lot of money to most of you, but to me it requires saving for the expense. Amazon notified me that it had been delivered to my home at 5:30pm on June 6 or 8 I don't remember. But I do have the docs. Amazon took control and followed up with Won Lane. Diane (appears to be owner) e-mailed me spun a big bunch of DOG POO and basically said I was a liar and so on. I again went to Amazon WHO APPARENTLY DOES'NT GIVE A POOP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY TOLD ME THAT WON LANE REPORTED THEY DISCOVERED A TECHNICAL GLITCH. WHAT EVER THAT MEANS. THEN DROPPED THE COMPLAINT. Don't do business with either company as they neither one give a PIDDLE about their customers. Good morning fellow jabbers. I want to give you the follow up on Amazon. I was contacted by several people from Amazon. First there was Jada a a lazy lazy non caring who wanted me to do all the leg work then she would perhaps be able to help me. Next came Linda an excellent Amazon employee who knows how to treat Amazon customers. She asked me for nothing, took the initiative to rectify the problem. Ordered me a new car cover. Spoke to me like I had a BRAIN. An example of an employee who goes the extra mile to assist the customer. KUDOS TO LINDA (Customer rep.) And KUDOS to Amazon for having the sense to hire Linda. I am once again a satisfied customer.. THANK YOU FELLOW JABERS FOR READING MY STORY. GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU. Dallas Yvonne
