Absolute trash. There is not a food-deliver service in existence that is poorer in customer service than Postmates. Ordered from CO on 2/13, was called an hour later by the delivery driver who stated the order was running 30 minutes behind. I was willing to wait for my dinner as I had already waited. He did not want to wait at the restaurant for 30 mins, understandably, and asked that I cancel the order. I assumed this would mean I would be refunded for the food I WAS TOLD TO CANCEL AND NEVER RECEIVED. Instead, in true Postmates fashion, I was charged for everything but delivery fees/service charges. For food I never received. And was told by the company to cancel. Then when I reached out to their Customer Service, they told me they could not refund the order due to the "fast nature of their business" and that it had been 2 days since the delivery date. I was waiting to make sure the charge dropped off my account! And those 2 days cost me a refund! THAT I NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAD TO ASK FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE! You can't write a worse business model script than this, my friends. Do not order from Postmates. Deleted my account today.
