I wanted to try out a style box and was sent to wantable by a friend. I did my quiz, and placed my order. I set it to be delivered to my sisters home as I live in apartments. My order was subsequently canceled, and I was told that there was a balance owed at that address. The responsible party no longer even lives there, she moved out last year. But because it's my sisters address, and I used it, I can't order from them. I am not responsible for other people's debts. The company verified I was a completely different person, and that I'm not the account holder for the delinquent account. But, until they pay, I'm banned. This policy is ridiculous and punishes potential customers for faults not their own. I was told that even if I updated to use my actual address, I am still banned from shopping with them. I was even suggested to reach out to my sister and 'suggest" she pay it. So, it essentially makes me their debt collector and punishes a new customer for the fault of another. Very bad customer service. I'm not obligated by any law anywhere to be responsible for a debt that is owed by any person other than myself, family or not.
